All catering sites at the Gawler Show are subject to a tender process. Tender forms are normally available from the end of March each year and tenders close at the end of April.
Gawler Show usually offers up to 26 catering sites across the Showgrounds. Generally no more that 1 to 2 stalls for each food item are permitted. This ensures that there is plenty of variety of food and drinks for consumers.
If you are interested in tendering for a site please read carefully the 2011 Tender Catering Site Conditions general information, and download the Catering Site Invitation.
Should you decide to tender an application for a catering stall please complete a 2011 Catering Tender Application Form and return to the Gawler Show Society prior to closing date as stated.

Prices- Tote, Stone Pavilion and Hoecker trade spaces (3 x 3m)- $110/ 2days plus $40 membership (includes 4 free tickets). Additional covered sites $85.
Outdoor sites (3 x 3m) $85/ 2days plus $40 membership (includes 4 free tickets). Additional outdoor sites $65. Power $55/ outlet. Trestle Hire $15.
