Your ticket to the Gawler Show buys you access to non stop entertainment all around the showgrounds for FREE. Our Entertainment Program has just been completed and includes fun for the whole family. Come and join in the excitement with the Bank SA Agricultural Awareness Trail or the ever popular Highway to Health.
New initiatives to the 2011 Gawler Show, sees rural favourites with St Patricks College Interschool Tractor Pull on Saturday evening and the return of the Ute Muster on Sundays program
Saturday evening sees Gawler come alive under the twinkling lights of Side Show Alley. The Entertainment Marquee is proud to have Zkye & The Guyz performing live at 6pm. For the kids there is the fully supervised Under Age Rage in the Youth Shak, ages 5 years to 13 years! At just after 8pm on Saturday we will again light up the skies with Gawler's only firework display, proudly sponsored by The Bunyip Newspaper and The Showmen's Guild of South Australia.
We have secured Wrestlers, Xtreme Trials, Cool for Kids, Snow White Pantomime, fabulous displays in the University of Adelaide Animal Learning Centre, FEI World Cup Pacific Qualifying Round of Show Jumping (International Event) etc. Old favourites like the Hickinbotham's Animal Nursery and Aspire Homes Wood Chopping will equally keep the young and the young at heart entertained.
There is still much more to come and the beauty of the Gawler Show is that once in the gate, much of the entertainment is FREE.
